General Requirements
- Provide fast response and updates in handling complaints/problems from Priority Customers through Chat, Email, and Call channels
- Provide educational solutions to customers.
- Create performance reports.
Responsibilities
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Information Technology
- At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Networking Certified (Mikrotik, Cisco, etc)
- BGP Routing,Firewall and SDWAN ,Analytic Troubleshooting. Access Point (Ruckus , Ubiqity,Ruijie etc)
- Firewall and SDWAN configuration
