• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Information Technology
• At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Networking Certified (Mikrotik, Cisco, etc)
• BGP Routing,Firewall and SDWAN ,Analytic Troubleshooting. Access Point (Ruckus , Ubiqity,Ruijie etc) Firewall and SDWAN configuration

• Providing technical solutions to CSOs for customers with hard complaints
• Coordinating with the Project team regarding customer/prospective customer needs Network design related to network interconnection, capacity, and media type
• Responding to and providing solutions for customer business development needs using CBN service offerings
