User Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Statistics
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Advance in Microsoft Excel, Churn Management, Contact Center Outbound, Strategy Managing Data
- Required Skills: MIS Report, Data Analyst (Database, CRM, Cohort & Pareto analysis), Power Point
Responsibilities
- Perform churn data analysis using the data provided by Admin Support.
- Monitor customer freeze data.
- Prepare weekly and monthly churn data analysis.
- Present churn data analysis proactively (project-based).
- Undertake additional tasks assigned within specified deadlines.
- Attend specified training sessions.
