Responsibilities
- Ensuring and managing all device and link operations are in optimal condition.
- Repairing damages that occur on the network.
- Serving customers to the maximum extent within applicable limits.
- Ensuring all configurations and tasks are carried out according to applicable procedures.
- Generating periodic reports on device and link capacity.
- Supervising all devices, intra-city links, inter-city links, and international links CBN-NAP and CBN-ISP are always in optimal condition.
- Coordinating with providers and vendors in case of issues. Allocating resources such as IP, ports, and bandwidth.
- Activating, maintaining, changing, and disconnecting customer connections.
