User Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree from Communications, marketing, marketing communications, broadcasting
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Skill in strategy & implementation of digital marketing, incl. social media
  • Ability to develop & execute digital content (visual & writing) in English & Bahasa Indonesia
  • Familiar & interested in digital marketing & social media (website, google analytics, facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube, tiktok, pinterest, etc)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to assess website performance, user behavior, and identify areas for improvement
  • Digital content trends related to IT industry, internet, gaming, etc
  • Social media tools (IG, FB, TW analytics, Buffer, SocialBakers, Sproutsocial, etc)
  • Digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc
  • Google Analytics to assess website performance, user behavior, and identify areas for improvement
  • Creative, Energic, Detail Oriented, analytical, discipline
  • Adaptable & able to work under pressure
  • Good communications, coordination & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in team or individual


Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audiences
  • Create & optimize engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email, and other digital channels Implement dan manage
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic and optimize paid campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic
  • Design & implement effective email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
  • Monitor & analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.Make recommendations for continuous improvement
